Background

NSW Government Education School Infrastructure was seeking a facility operator to operate and maintain the new Marsden High Community Sports Facility via a lease agreement.

The facility is anticipated to be completed in early 2023 and will include four multi-use indoor courts and thirty-two netball courts.

  • Provided independent high-level feasibility, including financials, risks, and benefits for Council to operate and maintain the new Marsden High Community Sports Facility

  • Supported Council in decision-making process to submit a tender to operate and manage Marsden High Community Sports Facility
