Background

Gympie Regional Council wished to manage, operate and grow four (4) Council Aquatic Centres to maximise benefits for the community for an initial period of 5 years. These included:

  • Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre

  • Goomeri Public School

  • Kandanga Public Pool

  • Tin Can Bay Public Pool

Role and Key outcomes delivered by DB Consulting

  • Undertook a complete “inhouse bid” for the Request for Tender

  • Delivered the “inhouse bid” for the Request for Tender
