Role and Key outcomes delivered by DB Consulting

  • Provided Council with technical advice to operationalising the facility

  • Supported the delivery team in readiness to open the facility

  • Developed the functional requirements for the replacement of the Leisure Management System

  • Delivered sales training for call centre staff
