Background

Perry Park Recreation Centre (Centre) opened in 2019.  

A full day workshop was held to explore opportunities to engage diverse populations, engaging the wider community resulting in increasing patronage and community well-being.

Workshop purpose

  • To help increase the leadership capacity and capability to further activate the Centre

  • Designed as a journey of learning and personal development

  • Interactive with the opportunity to share knowledge and learnings between the group
